Oh great. Now that song's going to be in my head.
It's been busy around here. Like, really busy. Like, I want to run screaming into the night busy. We had a birthday and an anniversary in the same weekend, I did some singing, we got a puppy, 2/3 of our children decided that sleep was not for them, Collin lost his job and got a new one in the same week, Halloween, and it snowed today. So, no time for editing photos. Maybe when I get a bit more time I'll go through and fix everything. Until then, we have a lot of ground to cover, so I think I'll try to separate them into different posts and publish one a day this week.
Starting in chronological order, we've first got our annual fall scenic drive. We usually drive through the canyons nearby - Timpanogos and Sundance and whatnot - but this year on Sept. 21, my friend Jamie invited us to join their family on a drive through the Nebo scenic loop down by Santaquin. It was completely awesome! We stopped off for a few shorts hikes, one of which had red rock structures just like in Southern Utah's Bryce Canyon. And while the boys may look completely miserable in this photos, they actually had a blast the whole time. We stopped at the Red Barn for some mighty delicious ice cream afterward, and that just took this excursion from fantastic to our new annual tradition.
Sorry this was kind of a boring post to start with (but the actual event was super fun!). There will be more excitement to come soon!
